Led by Heinz von Holzen, acclaimed author of six Balinese and Indonesian cookbooks, including "The Food of Bali" and "Bali Unveiled – The Secrets of Balinese Cuisine," and supported by Ibu Budi and Ibu Putu Eni, two accomplished Balinese Master chefs with over 40 years of collective experience in Balinese kitchens, these hands-on lessons promise an enriching culinary journey.
