The morning session commences with a visit to a nearby market, as Bali's markets begin their day early. Exploring these vibrant markets serves as an immersive introduction to Bali's rich culture and lifestyle for our students. Led by our chef, participants gain insights into Balinese flavors, customs, local produce, as well as the art of bargaining Balinese-style. Discover the intricacies of selecting the freshest ingredients and discerning what to embrace and what to avoid in a traditional market setting. This market tour not only illuminates Balinese cooking practices but also provides a glimpse into the daily rhythms of Balinese life, making it an invaluable aspect of our culinary education.
