When you book a Day Tour and Activities with us and/or make a reservation for a Day Tour and activities during your Holliday in Bali, we will provide you with a free transfer ON OUR COMPLIMENTARY FREE DENPASAR AIRPORT TRANSFER direct from Ngurah Rai Airport to your places will stay.
Your free transfers - worth over $50 return or approx Rp.500.000 –will be arranged for you by our reservations department and your taxi or mini bus* will be waiting for you at the airport. Just provide us with your flight details, and we will take care of the rest!
So book your Day Tour and Activities online now - and make sure you fill in your flight arrival information in the appropriate field. If you have any problems please call us on +6285-7394-70128 and we will do our best to help.
Alternatively, you can e-mail us mentioning your Online Confirmation Number to info(at)bebalitour(dot)com , Please allow at least two weeks prior to your arrival and let us know of any special requirements such as if an infant seat is needed.
*transfer car type may vary. Upon arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport you will be met by one of our drivers, who will transfer you to your hotel (distance approx. 40 minutes drive).
GROUPS: for groups we offer a pick up free of charge when use our service. The cost of hiring a bus for such transfers is approximately $200. So once again BE Bali Tour offers the best value in the world for groups coming to Bali.
Terms and Conditions
- Free arrival airport transfer service is applicable for selected Bali Day Tour bookings with 2 consecutive Day Tour and 1 consecutive Activities or Adventure during your Holiday in Bali or more.
- Airport transfer request must reach us 2 days before Arriving date. Last minute request is not applicable, example; transfer request reach us today for today or next day pickups.
- Free arrival airport transfer service will not be applicable to any cancelled bookings or Booking Bali Full day Tour for less than 2 consecutive days.
- Additional passenger without any booking made will be charged at $12 per adult/child (3 years and above). Cash payment will be required to be made to our airport representative upon boarding. Child below 3 years old and sharing seat with parent is FREE.
